Workshop | Lunch time yoga for busy people

Isabelle is the owner of Exhale Yoga Luxembourg and the founder of Yoga Conference Luxembourg. With over 20 years of teaching experience, she specialises in Ashtanga Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Navakarana Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. She likes to challenge her students. At the same time she encourages them to cultivate self-awareness, to listento their bodies and trust their instincts when it comes to integrating yoga in their daily life. Each class will leave you with an energised body and a calm mind. All levels are welcome. Options for a healthy post-yoga take-away lunch will be announced at a later stage.
